Can I Shop without Registering?

  • Our customers need to be registered before shopping. Registration does not take much time. A registered customer gets benefits, gifts and discounts on every time you shop with us.

  • Our website provides very easy steps to find your products. Customers can search by products, brands, categories etc.?

What is the Mode of Payment?

  • Right now we accept only cash/ Cheque on delivery. Pay at your doorsteps after delivery.

How would I know my payment status?

  • It's easy you login to Your Account and view the Payment Status on your order. You would also get an Invoice on delivery of the products. You can also login to Your Account and view the invoice on your order.

How will my order be delivered?

  • Once an order is placed we deliver you personally on the day you have chosen during the online placement of order. You will get a conformation call on that day before the delivering the products for your convenience.

What are the delivery charges?

  • We deliver free for orders valued over Rs 1000. Below that Rs 100 will be charged. For existing and registered customers delivery is lifetime free.

What is the minimum order value?

  • Minimum order value is Rs 500 only.

Will I get a notification on the day of delivery?

  • Yes. You will get a conformation call on the day of delivery as well as for the products you shopped at us.

What is I was not present at the day of delivery?

  •  If you were not available to accept the delivery we will attempt to contact you for alternate delivery instructions. If no contact is established then we will leave a note at your door with our customer contact number to reschedule the delivery.

How will I reschedule the delivery?

  • Call us at our helpline number for rescheduling the delivery or email us for new delivery date. You will be charged Rs. 50.

 

Cancellation and Returns

Can I add, modify or cancel my order after placed?

  • Call us at our helpline number immediately if you would like to add, modify or cancel the order. If your order is a scheduled order, please call us a day or email us before to guarantee a modification or cancellation. In any case, we'll do our best to make the necessary changes!

How do I return an item if I am not satisfied with it?

  • If you are not satisfied with the quality of the products, please do return the necessary items to the delivery executive at time of delivery. The delivery executive will get the items back and process the entire refund on the spot for cash on delivery payments or make replacement.

 

Availability and Feedback

What if I cannot find my products or if the product is out of stock?

  • You can call us on our customer helpline number or email us. We will be glad if to add your required product and will try to make available the out of stock products as soon as possible.

Why I need to give feedback?

  • It helps us to know that our customers are satisfied with our efforts and team. It also helps new customers to know about our esteemed service we had offered to our existing customers.
